COSMOPUR K1

1-Part PUR Assembly Adhesive

COSMOPUR K1 is a solvent-free 1-part polyurethane adhesive for high-strength assembly and construction bonding.

For wooden window and door manufacturing, it is particularly suitable for durable wood-to-wood bonding and structural joints where high strength, reliable curing and gap-filling properties are required.

The adhesive forms a viscoplastic joint and cures quickly, even in thicker adhesive beads. Its broad adhesion spectrum also makes it suitable for bonding wood with a variety of other construction materials. When bonding wood to wood, COSMOPUR K1 achieves durability class D4 according to EN 204 and meets the requirements of WATT 91.

When bonding wood to wood, COSMOPUR K1 achieves durability class D4 according to EN 204 and meets the requirements of WATT 91.

Additional Test Approvals

The adhesive has also been tested and approved by Dallas Laboratories, Texas, USA, according to ASTM D-3498, ASTM C-557 and AFG-01.
