1-Part PUR Adhesive for Wooden Windows & Doors

COSMOPUR 810 is a solvent-free 1-part polyurethane adhesive for structural and assembly bonding in woodworking and window and door manufacturing.

In wooden window and door production, it is particularly suitable for bonding frame joints, mortise-and-tenon connections, teeth, edges and other structural wood joints. Its favourable open time and excellent penetration into the substrate support reliable processing and strong, durable bonds.

COSMOPUR 810 can also be used for bonding wood with a wide range of other materials, making it a versatile solution for both traditional woodworking and industrial applications. For wood-to-wood bonding, it achieves durability class D4 according to DIN EN 204 and a heat resistance of 8.5 N/mm² according to DIN EN 14257 (WATT 91).
