COSMOFEN DUO

2-Part PUR Corner Angle Adhesive

COSMOFEN DUO is a high-strength 2-part polyurethane adhesive for structural bonding applications. Supplied in a practical tandem cartridge with static mixer, it enables reliable, load-bearing connections with excellent resistance to heat and weathering.

Thanks to its broad adhesion spectrum, COSMOFEN DUO is suitable for a wide range of material combinations and applications. In aluminium window and door manufacturing, it is used for bonding corner connectors using both classic and injection bonding methods.

The adhesive can also be used for structural bonding in vehicle manufacturing, for bonding HPL, GRP and other materials, as well as for joint bonding in dry construction.

Suitable for joint widths from 3 to 8 mm.

• Mechanical loading
• Air permeability
• Resistance to wind load
• Watertightness against driving rain
• Impact resistance
• Tensile strength of bonded aluminium frame corners at different temperatures and after various storage conditions
