PVC Assembly Adhesive & Sealant

COSMOFEN 345 is a thixotropic diffusion adhesive and sealant for fast structural bonding of rigid PVC components.

In PVC window and door manufacturing, it is particularly suitable for bonding additional profiles, cover caps and shutter guides, as well as for sealing profile connections during element assembly. Its elastic adhesive joint and low shrinkage make it especially useful where bonding and sealing are required in a single application.

Compared with conventional PVC diffusion adhesives, COSMOFEN 345 shows lower shrinkage and can be used for joint sealing up to 7 mm. It also offers good resistance to weathering and UV exposure.
